Scope

This policy explains data processing connected with electrocoches.es and enquiries about its services. It applies alongside any specific information provided when a transaction is arranged.

Data we process

We may process contact details you provide, your island, vehicle preferences, budget and the contents of your messages. If you engage our services, we request the data needed for purchase, import, registration and invoicing.

The hosting service may log technical information, such as IP addresses and server requests, to provide the service and maintain security.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering enquiries and preparing proposals: precontractual steps requested by you.
• Arranging your transaction: performance of a contract.
• Meeting tax, accounting and vehicle-registration obligations: legal obligation.
• Protecting the website and preventing misuse: legitimate interest in security.
• Sending commercial communications where applicable: consent or another applicable legal basis, with an option to object.

Recipients and third-party services

Necessary information may be shared with providers involved in the service and competent authorities, in line with the transaction’s purpose. Hosting and management-tool providers may process data on behalf of the controller where applicable, under relevant contractual terms.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or a Meta form, those services’ privacy policies also apply. Their processing role depends on the service and its terms; they are not universally described as our data processors.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Third-party services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Their policies explain locations and applicable mechanisms. Where a transfer is the controller’s responsibility, safeguards required by the GDPR must apply.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained while there is an active relationship and, if it ends, for up to 24 months after the last contact. Contract data is retained during the relationship and applicable statutory periods; where required, it is restricted for legal-liability purposes.

Withdrawing consent or objecting stops commercial use, without preventing retention of minimal information necessary to respect that decision.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@certomotor.es.

You do not need to automatically attach a copy of an identity document. If there are reasonable doubts about your identity, we may request proportionate additional information to verify it.

You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Security and minors

We apply security measures appropriate to the processing. Avoid sending sensitive documents we have not requested. Commercial services are intended for adults.
